The 2017 CRCRC Winter Midwest Championships would mark the 30th annual running of this very popular event. The Ohio RC Factory would once again be the host of this event, located just a 1 hour drive south of Columbus in the small town of Jeffersonville. Every year, CRCRC is known as the first big race of the year with a huge turnout. This year would be no different as 350 race entries would be recorded!
Thursday, January 5th: Open Practice
Friday, January 6th: 2 Rounds of Qualifying
Saturday, January 7th: 2 Rounds of Qualifying
Sunday, January 8th: Lower Main Bump-Ups / Triple A-Main Events
Kyosho's Ace Driver Jared Tebo was on another level in qualifying as he TQ'ed rounds #2, #3, & #4 to easily secure the overall TQ!
After a great battle in A-Main #1 with AE's Ryan Cavalieri, Tebo would have to settle with a close 2nd.
Tebo then was a man on a mission as he drove perfect in A-Mains #2 & #3 to take the overall Modified Truck Title with his RT6!
Congrats also goes out to Kyosho America Team Drivers Luke Richards on finishing 7th & Kyle Gough finishing 10th with there RT6's!

Kyosho would also like to Congratulate Jared Tebo on finishing a solid 2nd overall in 4wd Modified Buggy, 3rd overall in 2wd Modified Buggy, and 3rd overall in 2wd Modified Short Course to pull off podium finishes in all 4 modified classes he raced!
Congrats also to Kyosho America's rising star Tanner Day on finishing an impressive 4th overall in the 2wd Modified Buggy class & Kyosho America's local hot shot Luke Richards on finishing 11th!
