The 2011 ROAR 1/8 Region 11 Championships were held over the July 29-31 weekend in Spokane, Washington. The turnout was pretty good with 48 entries, although there were a lot of factory drivers and fast privateers in attendance. In 1/8 Electric Buggy, Team Kyosho/Orion driver Brian Munn went on to TQ rounds 2, 3, and 4 to take the overall TQ for the class. A1 Potter Would run into issues allowing Brian Munn to take the victory in A1. In A2 in was the complete opposite, with Munn having electrical issues, allowing Jeremy Potter to take the victory. This left A3 to decide who was going to win the championship. After a hard fought battle for the first few minutes, Kyosho/Orion's Brian Munn began to pull away as Potter made a few mistakes to win A3 with a comfortable 14 second margin. 

Brian Munn ran a Kyosho MP9e powered by a Team Orion 5100 40c Lipo and a Tekin Rx8/2050kv combo to take the victory.
